This is a good-faith draft, not a finished, lawyer-reviewed policy. Since the site collects names, emails, phone numbers, and message content via the contact form and WhatsApp handoff, and serves EU residents, a compliant, complete GDPR privacy notice is a legal requirement, not optional. Please have this reviewed before launch.

Name, email address, phone number, and any message or listing details you submit through our contact form or WhatsApp, plus standard technical data (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by the hosting provider.
To respond to verification requests, communicate about your case, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the form, and on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) once you engage our verification service.
Contact form submissions are currently routed to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) when you click "Send via WhatsApp." Our website assistant (chat widget) sends the message you type to Anthropic PBC to generate a reply; no message is stored by us beyond your browser session. If you accept analytics cookies via the banner on this site, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand visitor numbers and general location, see section 8. If a form backend or email provider is added, list it here too, this section must stay current.
We retain enquiry and contact data for 12 months after your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless a longer period is required by law or you have entered into a service contract with us, in which case data is kept for the duration of that relationship plus any statutory retention period that applies.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact verify@moyosore.de to exercise these rights, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We only use non-essential cookies with your prior consent. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you agree to analytics tracking. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie itself) so we don't ask again.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which uses cookies to measure visitor counts, approximate location (country/city, derived from IP address), device type, and which pages are viewed. This data is aggregated and used only to understand site traffic, we do not use it for advertising or combine it with any other personal data we hold about you. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and declining again when the banner reappears. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
