Housing verification is a small addition to a relocation package that removes a real risk for the people you're placing, and a service you can offer without building it yourselves.
Groups like the German Tenants' Association and Verbraucherzentrale already publish warnings about rental fraud. We'd welcome the chance to support that work: whether that's a resource link, a joint explainer for newcomers, or simply being a service you feel comfortable naming when someone asks "how do I check if this listing is real?"
Hostels and furnished-housing providers in Berlin, Potsdam, and Hamburg already offering weekly or monthly rates to longer-term guests. We send newcomers who need a safe place to land while they search for a permanent home, and point them to how the partnership works.
A mention in an orientation email or welcome pack. A link on your resources page. A co-branded one-page checklist for new arrivals. A referral arrangement where we credit or discount your members.
